The apartment is located in Puebla Lucia, right in the centre of Fuengirola
The apartment has approx. 70 m2 and is situated on the 4th floor with elevator access. It enjoys a great view of the city of Fuengirola and of the gardens of Puebla Lucia.

Description of the apartment

It has a large living room with a sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, one with ceiling fan and one with a portable fan, 2 bathrooms and utility room.
An opening between the living room and the kitchen ensures that the cook(s) can talk with the rest of the party.
The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom and there is an extra bathroom accessed from the hall.
There are towels, bed linen and tea towels for your needs.

The balcony is south-west-facing and enjoys plenty of sunshine.

The building has elevator access from street-level which makes it suitable both for elderly and for people travelling with children.
